HOW TO PLANT STREET TREES
If you are a Hudson property owner and want to plant a tree in the city right of way (the sidewalk) adjacent to your property, you must now have a permit. The permit application and an explanation of the permit process are here. This accompanying Street Tree Guide was created to help you choose the right kind of tree and appropriate location for it.
